The Do What Matters Planner
A daily practice for intentional living.
Most of us want our lives to reflect what matters most to us.
Yet, it's surprisingly easy for our days to drift away from those priorities. We get busy. We react to what's urgent. And often, the things that matter most receive whatever time and energy we have left.
For most of my adult life, I was drawn to various versions of the same question:
How do we create a life that reflects what matters most?
Through years of study, yoga, meditation, and personal reflection, I searched for answers.
Then I became a mother. Becoming a mother changed what mattered most to me and challenged me to live my values more intentionally.
I found myself asking:
What kind of legacy do I want to leave my daughter?
That question led me to look more honestly at how I was spending my time, energy, and attention.
It wasn't enough to know what mattered. I wanted my daily choices to reflect it.
From that journey emerged a simple philosophy:
Discover what matters most to you. Then build your life around it.
The Do What Matters Planner is the first tool I've created to help bring that philosophy into everyday life.
Want to follow the development of the planner?
I'm inviting a small group of early supporters to join the free Founders Circle—a behind-the-scenes community helping shape the Do What Matters Planner from the beginning.
This planner is more than a place to track appointments and make to-do lists. Yes, it can help you organize your days. But its real purpose is to help you:
- Clarify what matters most
- Set meaningful intentions
- Align daily actions with your values
- Reflect on what is working
- Create a life you love, one day at a time
Thoughtfully Developed
The first edition of the Do What Matters Planner is currently in development.
Rather than rushing to market, I'm taking the time to test, refine, and improve it.
I want the Do What Matters Planner to truly support the people who use it.
This work draws on years of study, practice, and teaching focused on a simple question:
What helps people create meaningful and lasting change?
Again and again the answer comes back to the same principle- not by doing more but by doing what matters.
As the planner takes shape, I'd love to build it alongside people who share these values.
